  1. Agreement to these Terms of Use
<p>Accessing, viewing, or any other use of any Beyond Gaming websites, servers and/or resources, constitutes the User's express agreement to these Terms of Use. All accounts registered with Beyond Gaming are bound by these Terms of Use</p><br /><br />
<p> 2. Modifications of these Terms of Use</p>
<p>Beyond Gaming reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make any amendments, deletions, or modifications of any sort and at any time, without notification or liability, to these Terms of Use. Any such modifications will be immediately effective upon posting to any of the Beyond Gaming websites. As such, the User agrees to refer to these Terms of Use on a regular basis to verify compliance with the current version, and furthermore, any subsequent use of Beyond Gaming resources constitutes an express agreement to the most recent Terms of Use. Access to the most recent Terms of Use will always be posted on Home web page of Beyond Gaming. </p><br /><br />
<p>3. Rights of Beyond Gaming </p>
<p>Beyond Gaming reserves the rights to make any modifications to any of its software, hardware, databases, or any other resources as it sees fit. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to remove and ban users and to add and remove games and rooms. Specifically, any violation by a user of the Terms and Use will be grounds for immediate consideration of removal from the system. </p><br /><br />
<p>4. Rights and Limitations of the Users </p>
<p>Users have the right, when operating under these Terms of Use, to access the Beyond Gaming software, website, and web resources. They may play any of the games and participate in any tournaments and events for which they are eligible. </p>
<p>Users may engage in casual conversations as long as the comments are respectful of other users and other sites and they do not violate any of the following conditions: </p>

  <li>There may be no discussion of illegal activities. </li>
  <li>While mild comments are permitted, abusive language is not. Abusive language includes, but is not limited to slander,   attacks on personal beliefs, swearing, and/or attacks on or harassment of race, religion, color, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, age, education, and geographic origin. </li>
  <li>There may be no cheating. </li>
  <li>There may be no threats to other users. </li>
  <li>There may be no solicitations or &quot;spamming&quot;. </li>
  <li>There may be no posting of URLs for the purpose of advertising a site, its products or services.</li></ul>
Violation of these terms of use will result in disciplinary action.<br /><br />
5. Data Collection and Privacy Policy 
<p>E-mails and passwords collected for user accounts will not be shared with any third party, except when required by law, and are solely for the purpose of authentication and communication within Beyond Gaming websites. Passwords are encrypted for secure storage on the company servers. Beyond Gaming maintains these for records, but will make no attempt to monitor them for content or share them with any third parties, except when required by law. In the case of a specific complaint, Beyond Gaming may choose, at its sole discretion, to refer to these communications as part of the investigation of said complaint. Beyond Gaming assumes no responsibility or liability for the content of these games, conversations, and messages - all such communications represent the views and opinions solely of the users engaged in said communications.</p><br /><br />
<p>6. Warranty and Liability </p>
<p>The User acknowledges that use of the internet, as well as any services provided by Beyond Gaming, is at the User's own risk. Any software, server-side and client-side, provided by Beyond Gaming, is understood to be provided &quot;as-is&quot; and without any warranty. Services are provided on an &quot;as-available&quot; basis. While Beyond Gaming will attempt to maintain uninterrupted service, uncontrollable events, including, but not limited to, power failure, server updates, and equipment malfunction, will require occasional temporary, voluntary or involuntary, unavailability of the service. The User acknowledges that Beyond Gaming will resume services in the case of such an event in a reasonable amount of time. </p><br /><br />
<p>7. Copyright Notice </p>
<p>All graphics and renderings posted on Beyond Gaming, to include all game graphics and logic, are specially owned, or copyrighted by Beyond Gaming. By acceptance of these Terms of Use, the user agrees to not attempt to pirate or copy private and public material owned and or copyrighted by Beyond Gaming.</p>
